Step by step investments guide

Our broker will visit your property to establish the appropriate rental price, considering various factors such as its unique characteristics, condition, location, and whether it will be furnished. Throughout the process, we will maintain ongoing communication with you and remain readily available to assist you.

Step 3 - Promotion and Presentation

We will arrange for professional photographs, create precise floorplans, and craft tailored descriptions for effective marketing. Our real estate agent will ensure that your property is marketed strategically, using the right online platforms, targeting the appropriate audience, and timing it effectively. In the realm of property marketing, it's not solely about your contacts; it's about ensuring that your property gains the visibility it deserves.

Step 4 - Viewings and Tenant Screening

Depending on your preference, we can arrange open house events or individual viewings to allow all interested parties to experience the property and have their inquiries addressed. Subsequently, we'll handle the delivery of all necessary documents to both you and the tenant, thereby formalizing the rental agreement.

Step 6 - Follow-Up and Management

Lastly, we will conduct an inspection at the initiation of the rental agreement before providing the keys to the tenants. Congratulations, your property is successfully rented out!
