Step by step investments guide

Step 2 - Getting Started

We will manage the rental of your property with the attention it deserves and ensure a seamless process. Our broker will visit your property to establish the appropriate rental price, considering various factors such as its unique characteristics, condition, location, and whether it will be furnished. Throughout the process, we will maintain ongoing communication with you and remain readily available to assist you.

Step 3 - Promotion and Presentation

We will arrange for professional photographs, create precise floorplans, and craft tailored descriptions for effective marketing. Our real estate agent will ensure that your property is marketed strategically, using the right online platforms, targeting the appropriate audience, and timing it effectively. In the realm of property marketing, it's not solely about your contacts; it's about ensuring that your property gains the visibility it deserves.

Step 4 - Viewings and Tenant Screening

Depending on your preference, we can arrange open house events or individual viewings to allow all interested parties to experience the property and have their inquiries addressed. If you wish, we can manage all communication and viewings on your behalf, ensuring a swift and efficient process that doesn't encroach on your time. All potential tenants will undergo a comprehensive (credit) check to verify their eligibility for the rental.

Step 5 - Agreement and Contract

Once you and the tenant have come to an agreement on the price and conditions, we will prepare, review, and finalize the rental contract. We'll ensure that all agreements are clearly communicated and properly documented. Subsequently, we'll handle the delivery of all necessary documents to both you and the tenant, thereby formalizing the rental agreement.

Step 6 - Follow-Up and Management

Lastly, we will conduct an inspection at the initiation of the rental agreement before providing the keys to the tenants. Congratulations, your property is successfully rented out!
