After studying Architecture at TU Delft, Ganesh started his career in financial services, where he discovered his analytical acumen and commercial insight. Seeking a field where technology and practice converge, Ganesh joined Dutch Real Estate Company as an in-house contractor. There, he built extensive experience in construction execution, project management, and the entire real estate process, from coordination and inspections to finishing and handover.

Based on this expertise, he founded Dutch Construction Company: an independent enterprise specializing in high-quality renovations, pre-delivery checks, and turnkey finishing for investors and private clients. He manages multidisciplinary teams, unlimited budgets and schedules, and projects that support the value and rental performance of real estate.
