This single-family home in the De Gors district is an example of packing and moving. So no moving stress and start enjoying right away.

Not only the house is a nice place, the same goes for the Gors district. This neighbourhood is nice and green, spacious and playful. Not far from the house you will find the Gorsebos where you can take your dog for a walk, as well, a walk along the Purmerringvaart is a nice alternative. Moreover, you also live here near various primary schools and the Gors shopping centre. Summarized, a super place for a family!

Put your bike in the stone shed in front of the house, and you can take a look inside the house.

From the hall you walk through to the living room with open kitchen. The corner kitchen is placed at the front of the house. The modern and handle-less set-up from 2019 is equipped with a built-in induction hob, an oven, a combination microwave and a dishwasher. Nice and easy or extensive food, it’s your choice! Here you have everything at hand and you can prepare delicious dishes in no time.

The garden-oriented living room is a spacious and bright place. The latter is partly due to its location on the south. There are oak parts on the floor and the walls and ceiling are plastered tightly.

Walk straight to the backyard. Because it faces south, we don’t need to tell you that it means you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning until late in the evening.
