You enter the flat, located on the first floor, through a private entrance. Here you will find the hall with the toilet, the meter cupboard and access to all other rooms in the flat.
The living room is of a good size and thanks to large windows at the front there is a lot of pleasant daylight inside and through these windows you have a nice view over the water, the Kostverlorenvaart. The whole is tastefully finished with wooden floors and plastered walls in light colours, making it completely to your own taste to style if desired. The living room has enough space for a nice sitting area and a cozy dining area by the open kitchen.
