Omschrijving

A centrally located three-room apartment perfect for starters. An apartment where you can still park for free, but which is centrally located with public transport and all roads nearby? This is Schotlandstraat 250 in the middle of the Europawijk, a quiet street with all amenities nearby.

In the apartment you have access to a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom and a large storage room. Outside you can enjoy two balconies, so you always have a place to sit outside. There is also a shared bicycle shed on the ground floor.

Layout
The apartment is located on the third floor of a walk-up flat. The elevator or the stairwell takes you to the house.

We enter the hall which is located in the middle of the house. From here you enter the kitchen, living room, one bedroom, storage room, bathroom and separate toilet.

Living room
The cozy living room is located at the front of the house. The light falls nicely into the room through the windows that are placed on two sides and the wicket door on the third side that gives access to the balcony. Because the door between the room and the hall has been replaced by an open arch, you have a feeling of space in the room. The walls are neatly finished and the floor of the entire apartment has the same laminate floor. This runs nicely without barriers to all areas. The balcony can be reached from the living room through a wicket door.

Kitchen
At the rear you will find the closed kitchen that is placed along the wall. The kitchen is dark in design and equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a 4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination and a dishwasher. The electric boiler is also placed in the kitchen. From the kitchen you have access to the second balcony through a wicket door. It’s always nice to have the option to open the door while cooking.

Bedrooms
In the apartment there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom can be reached through a sliding door in the living room. A large window with a wicket door gives you access to the large balcony at the front of the apartment. The bedroom is nicely finished with painted walls and laminate on the floor. You have enough space to place a large bed and a closet. The second bedroom can be reached through the hall and it has access to the second balcony. This is also a nice room that you can very well turn into a work/study room or hobby room.

Bathroom
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower and sink. You will also find the separate toilet.

Next to the bathroom you will find the storage room. This is where the connection for the washing machine has been made and here you have the opportunity to clear up extra stock.

Balconies
The largest balcony can be found at the front and can be reached from the living room and the bedroom. On the side is the second, smaller balcony and here you come through the kitchen and through the second bedroom. The first balcony is on the north and the second on the east. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the quiet neighborhood. Place a cozy seat, make it cheerful with a few planters and enjoy the view.

Surroundings
The apartment is located in the Europawijk. You live here nice and quiet, but still very centrally. In the immediate vicinity you will find playgrounds where children can play safely, a supermarket, the hospital, small shops and a sports club. Public transport is very well organized with several bus connections in the immediate vicinity.
