Having recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Flo joined Dutch Real Estate Company with a fresh perspective, curiosity, and enthusiasm for the real estate industry.

During her studies, Flo was naturally curious to explore the different career paths she could pursue alongside her architectural background. This led her to discover real estate and proactively reach out to Dutch Real Estate Company to gain hands-on experience alongside her studies. What started as an internship soon grew into a long-term interest, leading her to become a permanent member of the team.

In her back-office role, Flo enjoys creating structure, organizing processes, and maintaining a clear overview to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her enthusiasm, reliability, and eagerness to learn, she is always looking for new ways to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Flo enjoys Pilates, yoga, learning new things, and spending time with family and friends. Originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina, she values her strong connection to her roots and enjoys returning there whenever she can. Flo is fluent in Dutch, English, and Bosnian, allowing her to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
