Layout
There is a private driveway with parking in front of the house. Next to the driveway is the attached bicycle shed and next to it the back door. There you enter the utility room, here you will find the wardrobe, the space for white goods and the central heating boiler. The door on the right leads to the toilet and kitchen.

The semi-open kitchen is modern with a light worktop. It is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The double window above the worktop gives you a nice light to work with.
The living room occupies almost the entire ground floor and is divided into a cozy dining area, a sitting area and a nice place to chat or read a book.
